Snow's melting nicely, but work was hell yesterday evening and it is being pretty hectic this morning as well - did a lot of software upgrades for five hours yesterday, and today's the first work day after major software upgrades which means that every moron who didn't bother to test the new software for the past three weeks will be screaming their heads off about every change.
