Perfect Donuts

The optimum donut is a chocolate cake donut with a plain sugar glaze. I cannot resist having one when I see them. And yet, most grocery store bakeries do not stock them. You may find them in assortments - 3 out of 12 at best - or you can settle for their donut hole cousins.

However, a couple of times a week, the cafeteria at work will have them at breakfast. I recently discovered this, and am pleased. Now if I can make myself buy only one at a time..
