Weather and Travel

The weather has started to cool, which makes me happy. I got stuck in a massive traffic jam yesterday (two miles in an hour) which made me very unhappy. When taking the detour around the closed part of the interstate, some jackass in a Dodge Ram had to stop suddenly behind me twice to avoid hitting me when I slowed down, and then later when I had to stop kind of suddenly, narrowly avoided crushing my truck's tailgate by swerving into the oncoming traffic lane.

Seriously, I had come to a complete stop - THEN I heard the squeal of his brakes, glanced in my rear-view mirror, and saw his stupid truck swerve and narrowly avoid the accident. Given that, he wasn't just following too closely or driving too fast, he was probably texting or some stupid crap like that. I wish his death. By ass-cancer.

I have two weeks off in October. I could go to Tsubasacon (in Huntington) or CharCon (in Charleston) or both. I have to decide.
