I idly wondered this morning about the tiny town of Quartzsite, Arizona - embroiled in controversy a few months ago, where it appeared that the town police had effected martial law after being accused of corruption. Couldn't find anything recent in a major news outlet, but I did find a blog that continues to document the horrible happenings : http://quartzsitearizona.blogspot.com/. Very scary.
